HSE University and the Government of Perm Krai have signed a strategic partnership agreement. In 2025, the HSE Faculty of Computer Science and the Art and Design School launched their joint bachelor's programme in Game and Digital Product Development (GDPD). This unique, interdisciplinary programme combines in-depth technical knowledge with training in design, management, marketing, and production. Students from the programme's first cohort shared their impressions of the first academic year.

In the 2025/26 academic year, students graduated from 14 joint degree programmes—eight bachelor's and six master's programmes—delivered by HSE University in partnership with other universities across Russia and neighbouring countries at the campuses of those partner institutions.
